unreleased 1975 roots thriller from the obscure Bongo Pat that resembles his only known release Young Generation for Augustus Pablo.

Unreleased roots from Horace Andy produced by Clive Chin in 1975.

Tuff mid-seventies roots produced by Sydney Crooks.

Twin Roots "Know Love"
Great to see this sublime late seventies vocal track by Keith & Kenneth aka Twin Roots produced by Lee Perry on a 7inch. Trojan re-issued the 12" many years back, but this is presumably the mix lifted from the Congo 7".

JUDGE WINCHESTER Public Jestering
Lee Perry and Winston Blake as Judge Winchester doling out stiff sentences for the heinous crime of jestering in public across Perry's cut to Skylarking as showcased on the Cloak & Dagger album c/w the Judge Winchester character adopted by Jimmy Riley for the impassioned Darkness On The City.

For years this monumental slice of raw 1976 Black Ark murder was pretty much the dubplate preserve of Lloydie Coxsone's legendary sound system. It was credited at the time and for years after to Junior Byles, though this was disputed by some until sometime in the late eighties reggae diarist Penny Reel encountered Clive Hylton, who cut Judgement Time for Perry and records in this time as Colour Red, who revealed himself to be the author of From Creation. Never released, the rhythm track was used for Underground Roots on the classic Super Ape album, From Creation was issued on a 12" by Trojan in 2003, though that release was a major disappointment as though they had four mixes to issue they only saw fit to issue one vocal take and no versions.
